The gold standard in test sieve shakers, W.S. Tyler RO-TAP® RX-29 utilizes a unique two-dimensional operation: a horizontal, circular, and vertical tapping motion. This dual action allows particles to stratify and “seek” critical openings in the test media.

In turn, the most accurate and consistent particle analysis testing is achieved with minimal maintenance.

The W.S. Tyler RO-TAP RX-29 is designed for use with 8-inch diameter W.S. Tyler test sieves.

Each unit is tested and serialized before shipment. It features a 99-minute digital timer/clock with a tolerance of .1 seconds.

  • RO-TAP Sieve Shaker Maintenance Kit

    To ensure lasting dependable service Sieve Shakers must occasionally be upgraded with parts that are long-wearing, durable and cost effective. Maintenance kits are available for the replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.

  • RO-TAP Sound Enclosure

    This cabinet/test stand is designed to reduce the operating noise levels of RX-29, RX-30, and RX-812 RO-TAP sieve shakers. Fabricated from 18 gauge steel with a 1” metal face, these sound enclosures are outfitted with acoustic foam, reducing noise levels from 85 to 78 dB.

  • RO-TAP Test Stand

    The Haver & Boecker Wire Weaving RO-TAP Test Stand is designed to provide a secure testing platform for your RO-TAP device. Outfitted with pre-drilled holes, this test stand allows RO-TAP sieve shakers to be bolted down, preventing the device from shifting during operation.

  • Sampling Splitter

    Haver & Boecker Wire Weaving sample splitters are designed with precision in mind. This instrument facilitates accurate and repeatable results by accurately and efficiently splitting bulk samples.

  • Sieve Conversion Kit

    The RO-TAP Sieve Conversion Kit enables RO-TAP users to utilize different test sieve diameters with a single sieve shaker. The kit consists of two inserts, one on top of the test sieve stack and one at the bottom.

    These inserts essentially wedge test sieves with a diameter too small for the sieve shaker housing, allowing the sieve stack to function correctly.

  • Wet Test Sieving Kit

    The Haver & Boecker Wire Weaving Wet Sieve Kit is an assortment of hardware designed to enable wet sieving capabilities using standard RO-TAP devices. This specialized kit includes everything you need to test material suspended in water accurately.

    The included water reservoir allows complete control over the water flow, ensuring accurate and repeatable wet-sieving results. Most importantly, this kit’s components are constructed using high-quality materials, which allow them to withstand heavy exposure to liquid without deteriorating.
